How far in advance should we book?

We want to ensure that we provide each of our clients with the highest level of service and quality so we only book 2 events per weekend. We highly recommend booking as early as possible as we only book two events per weekend for delivery.

Booking Requirements?

A minimum of a non-refundable 50% deposit required upon booking. Minimum also applies to clients who only want to purchase signage packages not requiring display walls (ex: wooden signs, neon signs, marquee letters, etc. Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to event date. For events occurring within 60 days of inquiry, payment in full is due at booking.

What if we only need a few custom signs?

In order to provide excellent service to our SFW customers who opt for rentals and full custom design services, we intermittently accept smaller custom design orders during peak events. If accepted, our minimum is $300. We do not deliver these; however, the client has the option to pay for shipping or can pick these up at our central San Antonio location or another mutually agreed upon location. 

How much is delivery?

Delivery fee is already included in the pricing. Rental times begin for delivery as early as 8:00 am for up to a 24-hour rental. Pickup rentals are for the next day only. Additional fee applies for requests to drop off the day before or pick-up the day of the event.

  • Up to 30 miles: $50
  • 31 – 50 miles: $80
  • Additional day drop off or pickup: $50/day
